Lucia Lanini

Overview

Ms. Lanini is a project manager and data analyst with five years of experience
in the survey research and market research industries.  Her primary interest is in data quality and management for customized, multi-modal survey research projects for local and regional transportation authorities.  She has four years of experience implementing quality control measures and performing statistical analysis on travel behavior surveys to capture complete and accurate data as inputs to travel demand forecast models. 

With an emphasis on deliverable management and coordination, client collaboration, and technical reporting,  Ms. Lanini has a broad understanding of survey research project management, from sample design and data collection methodology to data weighting and expansion.  She is experienced in the implementation of quantitative and qualitative survey data collection methodologies, including telephone, mail, online, and in-depth follow-up interviews.  Ms. Lanini holds a M.S. in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.A. in Legal Studies with an emphasis in Transportation Planning from the University of California at Berkeley.
